Author Guidelines
Any manuscript received for review will be treated as a confidential document.
All submitted articles will be applied to a third-party plagiarism software to check it is free of plagiarism.
The submitted article will be rejected from the final publication if the plagiarism is more than 20%.
Authors should follow these essential guidelines when preparing paper before submitting at the email of the conference to one of the selected journals.
Important
- Peer review and acceptance (15-30 working days after abstract/full paper submission)
- The acceptance letter will be issued immediately after peer review process.
Need Attention
- Plagiarism is strictly forbidden in any academic conference, the articles submitted should be original and unpublished.
- 2nd paper by the same fee.
- Full paper will only be reviewed after registration fee is paid.
Notes
- The conference accepts full articles, Posters and Abstracts.
- The language of the accepted articles is English.
- The submitted abstract and manuscript should be original and have not been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference.
- It is not an obligation to submit a full paper/ manuscript , For those who do not expect publication you can join ICCSUM 2021 with abstract only.
- The accepted articles will be published optionally in Scopus indexed Journal (Egyptian Journal of Chemistry ), Rafidain Journal of Science, or Conference proceeding, depending on the decision of the Author and the decision of Referees.

Abstract Templets
Authors should prepare their abstract using the Microsoft Word templates before submitting at the email of the conference.
Guidelines for E-poster Presentation
E-poster must be in one-page and it should be written in PowerPoint or Word (mages, graphs and table could be included in your document).
Note: the language must be english. and make sure that your E-poster must be visible clearly to audience.
Save your document into PDF in portrait layout.
File size must be less than 5MB.
